Price Information:
The local tax is currently € 2.60 per person per day. Children under 15 years are free. Prices are in € inclusive of VAT. Price changes, change of seasons and typing errors are reserved. Discounts for children on personal application. Prices are in Euro including VAT and excluding visitor's tax and final cleaning. Prices and seasons are subject to change without notice!

Cancellation fees:

The "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006)" apply!
In particular, the withdrawal of the accommodation contract is regulated as follows: Later than 3 months before the agreed date of arrival the accommodation contract can be terminated by any of the contractors without any cancellation fee.

Outside this period, the following cancellation fees apply:

•   up to 1 month before arrival date 40% of the total agreed price
•   to 1 week before arrival date 70% of the total agreed price
•   in the last week before arrival date 90% of the total agreed price

Travel Cancellation Insurance:
We suggest to take out a low-cost holiday insurance policy. You can calculate the cost and effect the insurance with our partner at: European Travel Insurance.

NEW: Despite pandemic status, the Europäische Reiseversicherung will provide insurance cover for Covid-19 disease from 29.5.2020!
